Velvet Essence (OPC) Private Limited was incorporated on 20 December 2025 and began trading on 30 December 2025. We work out of Keshopur Village in Tilak Nagar, close enough to Delhi's cloth and garment markets to check goods ourselves before they ship.
Because we buy and sell in both directions — wholesale lots and retail counters — we can break bulk for a shop that needs forty pieces, or consolidate for a buyer who needs four hundred. Quality is checked lot by lot, and pricing is quoted per item with no hidden handling charge.
The company is registered as a Micro enterprise with the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, which lets us work with buyers who require MSME-registered suppliers.
